Service Technician – Façade Access Equipment
Traveling throughout North America
What are we looking for?
We are looking for an individual who loves to travel and work independently, performing installations, repairs, and annual maintenance of our Façade Access Equipment (Building Maintenance Units/BMUs) that are installed on high rise buildings throughout North America.
The qualified candidate will have several years of experience with large machinery maintenance, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, hands on experience with gear boxes, hoists, voltage checks, winch motors, and understanding of hydraulic pressure and pump systems and a working knowledge of metering/continuity.
This individual should be comfortable working on top of tall buildings and be familiar with safety guidelines and personal protective equipment.
The service technician will perform visual and diagnostic testing and will apply adjustments and fixes to various machine components using hand tools and power tools.
Applicant will be trained upon hire at our headquarters office in the Netherlands and needs to possess a valid US passport.
Your Profile:
You’re a solution-oriented individual with a positive and pro-active attitude and a flexible working method. To be able to carry out the job successfully, you will need to be a skilled mechanic on electrical and mechanical field. You have a track record as a service tech and are not afraid of heights.
The salary will be based on the candidate’s profile and experience.
