As a sales manager it is your job to increase the sales of our Facade Access Equipment and add more projects to our ever-expanding portfolio. Selling Building Maintenance Units to contractors is your top priority. For this role to be fulfilled, you need to be willing to travel 50-70% from your time. You will mainly travel around cities with a large concentration of skyscrapers, such as New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, Houston or San Francisco.

Knowledge of Building Maintenance Units is desirable, existing contacts in the branch are a must. You must have strong relation building skills, and are able to provide presentations to various levels of executives. Together with more than 5 years of experience as a sales manager you are our international business card and our first point of contact overseas.

In short, we are looking for a sales manager with a pioneering mentality, a strong belief in our company and products and experience in the facade access branch in general.

Your main tasks will be:

  • To develop the market strategy
  • Recognize sales opportunities
  • Management of the sales strategy, planning, tactics and budget
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers
  • Present solutions that meet client’s needs and close the sale
  • Present our facade access solutions to various levels of executives
  • Responsible for the (targeted) revenue

As an ideal candidate, you have the following skills:

  • 5-10 years’ experience in a technical sales role/position
  • Technical degree (Bachelor level)
  • Management experience with profound analytical understanding
  • Knowledge of BMU’s, existing contacts in the facade access branch
  • Fluency in English language
  • Sufficient experience with the target groups
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of electrotechics and hydraulics
  • You can read technical (AutoCAD) drawings
