Same as with facade scaffolding, a tower scaffold or mobile scaffold is always the preferred resource when it comes to creating a temporary elevated workplace. The use of a ladder is not advised by most laws due to the chance of instability and minimum amount of comfort for the worker. Even for short term work (from 1 to 8 hours) the use of a mobile scaffold is preferred.
